How long must you date in order to ask her to be your gf? is there a time frame?

we known each other since march. went out on a date since late may, dating for a month now. i want to ask tomorrow over dinner. I dont want to miss my chance. I feel its' mutual and shes just waiting but who knows what shes thinking haha. what you guys think? 1 month too early?
