Please explain this cervical neck MRI report?

you have some mild degenerative changes (very typical for a middle-aged adult) with no evidence of significant pathology, especially those which might produce neurological effects. this is a medical opinion. however, the other comment was not correct regarding subluxation as defined by those who specialize in it's correction. in all probability you do have upper cervical subluxation, but the analysis and correction of this is outside the scope of medical practice. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.
