Mac face and body foundation?

mac face and body foundation they set me up with c4 in the winter time and now that it is summer do you think i can pull of the c5 i am going to be using this all year around or should i just keep it with c4 my mom is telling me i need to get samples first before i by the bigger size but i think i want to by it that dam day.
