Despite t.V. coverage, Police are only required to read you your Miranda Rights after you are arrested but before you are questioned. Most police will question everybody. If they let you go with out any paper work or date to appear in court that just means that the charges have been dropped. They probably called your parents and will leave the punishment up the them this time. That too is standard procedure. Okay, so I can sing (in a chest voice, so "belt") from C3 to the D above C5. (So slightly over a 3 octave range for belting) but then I can sing in head voice (or falsetto) to nearly C6, not quite, more like the A or B before C6. So almost 4 octaves for a range. I am 16, so I don't know if that is considered good for like musical theater, or if that would be good for musical theater, or if I need to improve my range some more. :)

And you think your dr is wrong. I got news for you, I have had a bad/broken back with spinal fusion. They had me go to PT at first when they knew there was a fracture. With what I read yoiur back really isnt that bad. They treated the mild to moderate facet disease with the injection. It looks like they are hoping the PT reverses the bulges ( which does happen). Do they have you on any pain meds? Do you need a referral to go to another Dr? If not then go yourself, afterall you are entitled to a second opinion. Get it from a orthopeadic surgeon. Don't bother with pain management, That is usually considered last chance. They Didn't send me to a pain management until, they had exhausted everything else INCLUDING PT.

Why do my legs swell and itch while exercising?

I had knee surgery and MCL (hamstring implant) replacement back in March. I never had this problem before my surgery and I have noticed if I even stand for longer then 10 minutes ( just standing, not exercising) my calf gets bright red and swelled and very itchy. Today in physical therapy it got so bad I had to stop for the day. What could this be caused from? Long story, but my mom punishes me in a way people don't see as a normal punishment for someone my age. Here is the lowdown: when I was born my parents weren't married so I took on my mom's last name. WHY does the cat poop in it's kennel?

Story: Got this cat from the shelter September 2010 - she was 5 or 6 months old. The first month she was kept in her kennel every night and whenever I wasn't home (she had front claws and I had / have a nice couch). After that, she was only kept in the kennel 7-8 hours when I slept. Had no problems with her and the kennel the first 5 months. Then, had two incidents (one in February, one in March) where she pooped in her kennel. Thought it might be worms or an infection but no. I was out of town for some time this May, so the cat stayed with a friend. This friend let her roam all day, almost no time spent in the kennel. No problems there. When I got the cat back and put her in the kennel at nights again (I don't want her breaking nick-nacks I have OR climbing / biting things in the kitchen, as she has done), she pooped. So I let her stay out, and when she started to paw at my bedroom door, I'd put her in her kennel, usually for 2-4 hours. This seemed to work, until she did it again, last night. weird....i don't know about the clothes BUT on the walls, it could be previous stains, (such as nicotine), that were not sealed correctly before the last paint job. okay there is not much I can do I have 2 spinal cord injuries one in the lumbar area. I had s1-L4 all fused and disks removed and continue to have pain and also have spurs there. my other spinal injury is in the cervical area and had c5-c6 fused and continue to have pain because the bone plug shifted. I am good at hiding my feelings and the pain I feel, it's something I have always been good at as I managed keeping anorexia hidden from the age of 15-18 but then I fainted at college and ended up in the hospital due to dehydration and malnutrition, and my class found out, all this made me do was hide it even more. Turks and Caicos is beautiful. I went there twice about a year and a half ago. Not much vegetation though. The water is the real draw. Most amazing water ever. There is also a barrier reef that keeps the water calm. Little on the expensive side, but worth. We also found lots of great places to eat.

I highly doubt it. I bet when he took off the screen, that there were more problems with it, because why would someone take off the screen because of a crack. If I had a crack, I would leave it because I wouldn't want to make things worse, but if the home and screen was broken, then I might take it in to get fixed. If this person is a dumb@ss like you said, then he would try to fix them both by himself. So I don't think it would work to fix the screen, because he probably broke the home button when he dropped it. Plus you don't know what part of the home button needs fixing(if he pulled out wires, damaged circuit board, or broke the actuall button). So if I were you, I would take it in to get professionally repaired, but fortunately, the unjailbreak I gave you will not show up, so you can take it to apple. You can try to repair it, but you don't know what your "friend" tampered with also, so a professional would beable to diagnose all those problems for an additional fee. Your other options are not use the home button and have a cracked and smeared screen, or put it on eBay for parts or repair. Those are your four options, and I hope you get your problem fixed! :)

I may be preaching to the choir, as it were, but a couple thoughts are imperative to accept: as you age and grow, your vocal cords do as well. Vocal cords are stretched by muscles. Muscles can be exercised. Don't overdo your voice or you'll lose it forever!!!! I recommend for quality's sake as well as exercise, that you avoid falsettos like the plague unless there's no avoiding them. Every time you sing, you exercise your voice, but you waste valuable exercise time by singing falsettos (IMO). Singing lots will not only exercise your voice, but will also increase your range. For a quick warm-up, try 1/2 ounce of lemon juice followed by 5 minutes of normal conversation. Then head for a bathroom or waste basket and half cough / half clear your throat. When is it okay to move on?

I was divorced in march after almost three years of marriage, two baby girls. I have my faults. Lower right back pain that radiates to lower right pelvic area for months. possibly ibs?

I have had this since March 2011. Bad pain in my right lower back.. right hip.. right lower pelvic area.. into the top of my crotch and down by where my crotch and leg meet. I am a 21 year old female. Went to the doctors.. he suggested anxiety since I have had anxiety and panic attacks since 2005. I did a urine test that came back fine, had an renal and abdominal ultrasound which came back fine. I was thinking IBS since im very irregular... the pain is odd though.. sometimes it feels like i have a rock in the right side of my abdomen, or sometimes it hurts to move like its a muscle.. or sometimes its a stabbing pain for 3-4 minutes in the lower pelvic area and then it goes away... and then sometimes it shoots down to my leg. Very odd. My doc said to take probiotics.. so im taking a probiotic plus fiber.. and the pain seems to almost disappear when im on it, but i ran out for a week and the horrible pain came back.. finally just got some more and it took 4-5 days of taking it and it is almost completely gone.. seems odd?? i just dont want it to be something serious but my doctor doesnt seem to be worried.. wondering if this is ibs symptoms?

My son is 21 months old now and I still breastfeed him. I started getting a period last November and since then every couple of months my period will come a few days late. Like this month it was 6 days late, last month it was 4 days late, and in March it was one week late. I have been trying to get pregnant since April but have been unsuccessful. Well, let's see- the XPS has a better processor (yes the clock speed is lower, but it's a quad core. The Lenovo will be better for some scientific calculations, but not for gaming). No contact and no response to my texts?

I met a really great guy almost 3 years ago and we were a really great match. He was and is still a great guy. However, I broke up with him and tried to work things out with an ex. Its not for sure but you have a good chance at it. Your Sat scores are alright it would have been better if you got a 2000 or higher but thats fine. I would send your act and sat in if you apply, because their both pretty good. Normally look at your unweighted gpa, they won't care about your weighted most of the time.

Why are my periods so irregular?

I first got my period when I was eleven (Jan. 2007) and they were normal. I waited 28-30 days, and I would menstruate. It would last on average about four days. However, when I was thirteen (Jan, 2009) things started changing. The shortest I would wait for a period is 33 days. I bleed or three or four days, stop, and bleed again off and on for four more days. In February of 2011, I had two periods, none in March, and one again on April 15. I had one in May, and I just got off my period for June. I am fifteen now, and will turn sixteen in October. I am a virgin. Can someone point me in the right direction as to why this happens?

I'm currently on a three month supply of a generic brand of birth control, called Junel. I was prescribed this in March of 2010 and have been religiously taking it when I'm suppose to. Most recently, about a month back, I started an odd cycle of break through bleeding which lasted about 3 weeks. It's dark brown, with stringy clots. I then ended my three packs of pills and got my period, then started back up again one week after (like I'm suppose to). Two weeks later, I started having uterus cramping and also some cramping in my cervix and just today, I started bleeding again. My last pack of pills isn't suppose to be until August, meaning I am not suppose to get my period until then, yet I am continuously having breakthrough bleeding. I have not had any stressors, nor has anything in my diet changed so I am very concerned about this. I am using up a light tampon every 5 hours (which is very much the same as my normal period) Any ideas as to why my body has been bleeding so much?

Why does my skin so easily imprintable?

Whenever I wear anything or lie down on a carpet or bedspread, my skin picks up the pattern of whatever it touched. A friend of mine can even leave her fingerprint in my skin!! If I were to lie on the grass with anyone I know, I would be left with marks all over my legs while the person with me wouldn't have any! Am I dehydrated? Or perhaps my skin just doesn't retain water like other people?

I'm 18. I turned 18 march 25 this year. I have 120 credits and I need 230 or 220. I passed freshmen year with C's and above but then I changed school with different lifestyle. Failed my whole sophmore year. Went to homeschool and continuation school for junior to make it up. I really didnt like home school because it i felt lazier. I wanted to go back to regualr high school and try my best. I did. Senior year i felt normal but I judged for my low credits and they expected me to pass every single class with an A or B. I passed every senior class but I struggled in the soph. and jun. year because the teachers had really high expectations. I want to get my diploma so bad. I tried my best at the last high school I attented. But I dont know if they will accept me back or send me to adult school. I feel comfortable at high school. But if I dont go back then what are other options besides adult school or night school? Online? Perhaps?

Marches and trying to lose 11lbs before enlisting...?

So I need to drop 11lbs before I can enlist. I do work out already everyday. I also do ruck marches once a week with a 50lb pack. Usually go for about 2hrs. I was wondering if changing this to doing it everyday would be beneficial, or should I just stick to say an extra 30min. of cardio? Need some suggestions/help, would love to shed it real fast so I can enlist and then continue my normal training for the months ahead leading up to boot camp.

I appear to have bug bites when i wake yet my wife doesnt ?

Last Friday I was bit by a Mosquito. Not really thinking about it a few days passed and My angles began to itch... with that being said it seems that my hands , elbows , and ankles seem to have several bites on them more and tends to show when i wake! We have no signs of bed bugs and my wife has not been bitten , and i clean 2-3 times a week (vacuuming/ dusting/laundry). We have had a cat adopted now since march.. with front line and hes a indoor cat only so I dont think its fleas either but i could be wrong? I just know Im loosing my mind here because I had scabies once be4 so i know what it looks and feel like this is totally different and only itches a short period of time and dissipates threw out the day.. i did notice if I break skin a clear oil (not a lot ) secretes. And the bites dont appear to be bumpy just slight red spots like a pimple under developed .... are these at all bug bites? can anyone help ? or describe something similar.. again i find it oddly strange I'm the only one in my house experiencing this ? could it be poison ivy idk ? it might as well just be spreading from scratching the area and oils on my skin... idk the doctor gave me prednazone and benadryl

I was charged with a felony 6 years ago and the charges were all dismissed, does that mean I was convicted?

Okay, I'm confused because I'm applying for jobs now and on the application it asks if I have ever been convicted of a felony. When I went to court for this charge the judge told me that it would never show on my record because it was dismissed. Last year I had a hard time getting a fingerprint clearance card b/c of the charges but as soon as I showed them the paperwork that it was dismissed they cleared me no questions asked. On this job I'm applying for asks if I have ever been convicted & the disposition. On my paperwork it says disposition "dismissed". Im going to say it IS possible. Not only do you need to be practicing everday, and training yourself, you also need to make sure your eating heathly. But remember dont try too hard, you dont want to injure yourself. Try pacing yourself. Maybe run about 20-25 minutes everday. And then at the end of each week, time yourself. You should also try different techniques when practicing everday. Try doing like 1 minute jog, then the next minute, sprint, then next minute, jog, then next minute sprint, etc. Hope I helped! (:

Why is my period brown ?

I am 16, and i began taking birth control around march. I took the depo shot once and after that i stopped taking it. Siince the beginning of April my period has not stop. Do I have a herniated disc?

I have been having really bad headaches lately. They usually come on fairly quickly. I would associate my headaches with the pain in my neck and shoulder, I just thought it was so bad that it radiated or something. Here recently I have been doing some research on herniated discs and I think that I might have one in my neck. My father used to pop my neck a lot to help with stress I was feeling and I found that popping your neck without a chiropractor could cause herniated discs. When I was doing more research on it I found that a bulging disc in between the C5 and C6 can cause chronic headaches and pain in the shoulder. Could it be possible that my headaches are just a side effect of a herniated disc in my neck?
