Am I at risk of losing my scholarship?

I got accepted into a college with a $15,000/year scholarship, and I'll be starting classes in late August. Just last Thursday I was detained for public intoxication and had to stay in jail for 6 hours and i was let go. on my paperwork theres a section where the arresting officer signed that it was a DETENTION and not an arrest. it still goes on record since i was fingerprinted and my mugshot was taken.. will my school look for that, and will that compromise my scholarship?
