How to deal with the dialogue box popping up when I open the radio in Nokia C5-03?

I have recently purchased Nokia C5-03. Whenever I open the FM Radio, a dialogue box opens asking to speak now. I find this irritating. Even if I quit, the box returns prompting me again. I just want to tune in and listen to the radio. I am not able to do this.Can anybody help?
