Please Help....Its Urgent?

I purchased my C5-03 yesterday. How would I know when the battery is fully charged? How long it usually takes to become fully charged? Also I am connected to internet. My phone is connected through OVi Suite. Can I use my internet connection on my pc to download apps to my mobile and browse internet in my mobile?
