How to boot Ubuntu from cd?

I'm currently using MSi 770-c5 motherboard. I don't know the shortcut keys to access the boot page. i've already read the user manual of the motherboard but it is absolutely not helpful. when i press DEL button, the BIOS page is absolutely different to me, there's no 'boot' tab like usual. My current OS is Windows 7.
