No bike helmet ticket when I was 12.?

Okay so when I was 12 years old I got a ticket for not wearing a bike helmet. Now the police officer asked me for my info because I didn't have an I.D. So I gave him my info but I gave him a wrong birth date. Not on purpose but because I didn't know It was wrong. I was registered incorrectly in mexico so while I was really born on the 18th my birth certificate says the 28th. i'm 19 now So anyways the police officer was an asshole and threatened me and took my fingerprints. So I never went to court, and the ticket wont come up because my info is wrong, so will it come up if they do my fingerprints?? And what can I do to take care of it? I'm currently dealing with immigration and want to take care of it A.S.A.P. Please advise. I tried talking to a police officer, but he told me that i can't tell him that I lied to a police officer about my info. So i don't know what to do.
