Nokia C5-04 Waterdamage :(?

Hey my nokia c5-04 was on in my pocket when i went into a pool and i noticed it after 5-10 min and it switched off.. so i took the battery out and dryed it... when i got home i put it in some uncooked rice..... 1 day later it seemed dry soo i attemted to turn it on and all it did was vibrate so there is a sign of life. ... shoud it still stay in the rice if yes how long ....or is it broken?
